Katie Pocras Halperin A Lincoln native, Katie Pocras Halperin graduated with a Business Finance and Risk Management degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a MBA from the University of Minnesota. She is the former president of a mortgage company in Minneapolis, Minnesota and brings a strong knowledge of the national real estate industry, commercial real estate sales, leasing and property management to Nebraska Home Sales. Katie also is partner of Rave Reviews Property Management of Lincoln. Katie’s favorite thing about Lincoln is the public school system. “Teaching is a respected profession, and the citizens care about their schools. It’s not like everywhere.” In her spare time, Katie loves to travel with her family, which includes husband, Lou, and children, Talia and Jack. She also like to play golf in November and eat at Lincoln’s locally, owned ethnic restaurants. |

Rich Rodenburg Rich brings a strong background in customer service, sales, retail and property ownership to Nebraska Home Sales. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Rich is a longtime active community volunteer. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Great Plains Trails Network and is a member of the Mayor’s Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee. Rich thrives on working with people, whether it’s coaching one of his son’s sports teams or selling real estate. His favorite restaurant is “hands down, The Oven,” located in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District. Rich loves to play guitar, and takes lessons from “great” Steve Hanson. Tune into Rich every Wednesday as he hosts “The Acoustic Wheel” on KZUM’s 91.1 or Cable Channel 10. Rich and his wife, Susan, have two children, Max and Jack. Elsie, the Basset Hound, rounds out their family. |
